Looking for ways to honor friends and family while supporting conservation year-round? The 12 species pictured here include some of the most imperiled species on the planet and are part of WWF's "Adoption of the Month Club."

Beginning in December, you or your loved one will receive a plush animal, certificate and photo in the mail each month, along with a spotlight card describing the species. Your one-time $500 donation will channel much-needed resources into WWF’s conservation efforts around the world.

December plush will arrive on or after December 1. Donate by December 14 to receive by December 24.
